Once you have decided which of our services provide value to your business, we'll develop the modus operandi that works best for you. If you would like us to handle your bookkeeping, we would like to capture your accounts monthly, allowing us to give you regular and up to date feedback on how your business is doing. We will give you a clear list of everything you need to supply to us each month and when we need it.

Should we have any questions or if we are unclear about anything we will drop you an email with our queries, allowing you to respond at your earliest convenience. We'll give you an outline of the SARS deadlines for VAT, PAYE or INCOME TAX so that you know what to expect and by when you need to give us information. Working together, we will endeavour to give you enough warning about the payments that need to be made to SARS so you can plan your cashflow.

During working hours, we are always available on the phone or at the end of an email if you should have questions or problems relating to your accounts or your business. If we miss your call, we will call you back.
